It slips on with a single hook at the front waist and is otherwise is completely open down the front  so you can wear it as a layering piece

Its a more recent piece from Balanciaga and it is such a statement piece. The cape is made from a felted wool mix that has a soft and fuzzy finish on the exterior. It is almost like a plush toy in feel and really different. It has some weight to it because there are yards and yards of fabric in there. The colour is an amazing shade of a brilliant bright green. The camera did not catch it to its full brightness and it is more
