Muir made it from a deep navy suede that is very flattering and a touch softer then a black would be. Muir excelled at working with suede and leathers and I really love the pieces I find from her using either, though they are a bit harder to find. The cut of this jacket is so easy to wear. It is cut loose and easy through the body really almost like a cape with sleeves.
