Silk from this period from Thailand was some of the finest in the world. The print is fresh and pretty with large tropical flowers scattered over its surface. The waist band is fitted and the cut widens out as it nears the hem. In person the fabric has a slight iridescent quality to it and when it catches the light it takes on a slightly more coral base then the light pink. Really
