I bought the skirt from Maria in 2015, One of her family hand embroidered beautiful tight narrow randa cross that holds the panels together The cotton skirt material was made on a treadle loom or foot loom probably in Nahuala or a neighboring town. While the color is a beautiful dark indigo blue, it is probably a commercial dye.
