Super high rise and perfect for the spring with the beautiful vibrant green and neon pink hues. Comes with its own adorable tiny skinny belt. CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition. FABRIC: No tag attached but Im guessing its polyester. Soft and has stretch to it. MEASUREMENTS Best fits a modern XS S but please refer to the measurements below. (Measured flat) Waist: 12. 5 13 (if youre a true 26 this might be a tad too
