This is from the infamous Rive Gauche Russian collection from the Fall/Winter of 1976-1977 and these are rare and hard to find

The exterior layer is also silk but has huge curving panels of lace inset into it

This gives just a glimpse of the shape of the leg and is very sexy

The appearance is that it is a top tucked into the skirt but it is all one piece
