The white undershirt is newer vintage (made with in the last 30 years)

you could oil it and leave it as is or I suppose you could restore it though it does have a lot of original paint

The tripod at its shortest setting is 15" - the legs can be extended an additional 37" - making it a total of 52" at the tallest setting

first check it over and ensure all the parts are functioning properly

The top closes with large decorative hooks and eyes

This is a very rudimentary printing maybe even just a rough draft or concept piece. Since I can not find any information on later publications I believe this was just a concept that never made it any further than this. Its intention was to help train HJ kids to be proper soldiers. Very interesting find.
