Massimo Clerico Lessona 2021 Size:750ml The soil of this lieu-dit100% Nebbiolo sourced from the Gorena and Leria vineyards with the intention of creating a wine that is inviting, with complexity that is not overshadowed by tannins. The grapes are de stemmed bunches, with berry selection and fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks with selected yeasts. They experience a 15 days of submerged cap maceration, before being aged one year in smaller barrels (used) followed by one year in large botti.
