The Resilient Bar is installed at right angles to the joists at 450mm centres. When 2400mm board is being used the Resilient Bar will need to be reduced to 400mm centres. BSO Resilient Bar offers improved acoustic insulation when constructing a ceiling or partition. Mineral wool insulation can be included in the cavity to improve acoustic performance.
