I am a life long plaid junkie and one day I was driving along turning the Rubik's cube inside my noggin and realized that I could make plaid digitally through applying transparent layers and turning them one click clockwise

With a vertebrae running the full length on the outside of the leg

a fellow artist gave me some quick instruction on skills appropriate for drawing with great detail

It is a combination of several distinct layers from different art pieces finished with a final layer of transparent lapis ombré
