Coquard Loison Fleurot, Nuits Saint Georges 2023 750ML SPSpain615MAR but most of the growersA completely different, and distinctly brooding, nose grudgingly reveals its aromas of red and dark currant, the sauvage and a whiff of forest floor character. The lighter weight flavors are very supple, indeed one could say forward, before tightening up on the dusty and lingering finish where a touch of asperity eventually surfaces. This is pretty enough but the balance isn't perfect.
