Sunshine on an Iceberg Size:24"x36" As some snow fell in

As some snow fell in the city I took advantage of this and headed to the foothills to photograph

and on this evening I ran into the full moon rising over the mountains

I soon came across a tree with many pine cones where I spent some time taking pictures

Photographing and living in Denver has its benefits since I can visit the same areas over and over easily and watch them change

Finding a nice angle I captured the peaks of the canopy as it rose into the threatening clouds of the day

Sunshine on an Iceberg Size:24"x36" As some snow fell inSailing past this iceberg the pure ice really stood out to me. As an iceberg melts it starts to change its disposition in the water based on the mass and how it is balanced. In this iceberg you can see some of the results of that shifting with the line of difference between the top and bottom. At that point there is also the clear ice which will sometimes happen at the water line or in this case where the water line was recently.
