To create this pendant our jeweler transformed an antique bar pin by removing the gold and pearl horse from the pin and welding on a 14k gold bail

there is a bit of loss to the enamel on the face (visible only under very close inspection)

This 18k gold charm depicts the mano corunto hand gesture in which the index and pinky finger are extended while the ring and middle fingers are curled into the palm under the thumb
