slightly honeyed in texture yet with a keen line of acidity running through it

along with a flavor profile that leans into the pastry/brioche end of the spectrum

A dense purple color is followed by notes of graphite

The palate is medium bodied with a sweet, candied entry, quite fleshy and ripe, fine acidity with vibrant red fruit towards the finish, a little heady but still pleasurable.
