2014 Lake's Folly Cabernets 750ml Listan Negro Drink now–2039Lake's Folly Cabernets is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Shiraz crafted from low yield, estate grown, hand picked grapes. The fruit undergoes open fermentation, resulting in softer, subtler tannins, followed by six months in large old casks for settling.
